Once the dispute window closes — 14 days after the job end date — payouts are processed within 3 to 5 business days to your connected bank account.
Cancellation policies are set per listing. Cancelling before campaign start may entitle you to a partial or full refund subject to the listing policy. Post-start cancellations go through the dispute process.
