Getting Started
What is ielaan?
ielaan is an AI-powered marketplace connecting advertisers with smart LED screen owners in restaurants, cafes, and retail venues. Advertisers book screen time like a digital ad buy — no agency, no long contracts.
Who can sign up?
Anyone with a valid email. Advertisers can launch campaigns immediately after signup. Screen owners need to complete KYC verification before their listing goes live.
Is ielaan available in my city?
ielaan currently operates in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Browse available screens on the marketplace to see what's listed near you.
For Advertisers
How do I launch a campaign?
Create a campaign under My Campaigns, upload or generate your ad creative, then browse available screens. Send a proposal to the screen owner — once accepted, you proceed to checkout and your ad goes live.
What ad formats are supported?
Images (JPEG, PNG, WebP) and videos (MP4, WebM up to 50 MB). Minimum resolution 1280×720. The Android app on the screen handles playback automatically.
Can I use the AI Studio to create ads?
Yes. The AI Creative Studio lets you generate image and video ads using AI. Open it from your advertiser dashboard, describe your campaign, and the AI generates creative options for you to choose from.
How are impressions counted?
Impression estimates are based on venue-reported daily foot traffic and device heartbeat data. These are estimates, not guaranteed figures — camera-based counting is a future feature.
What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
Cancellations more than 48 hours before campaign start receive a full refund. Within 48 hours: 50% refund, 50% paid to the screen owner. After the campaign starts: no refund.
For Screen Owners
How do I list my screen?
Go to My Listings → Add New Space. Fill in your screen details, pricing, and location. Submit for review — once approved, your screen appears in the marketplace.
Why do I need identity verification (KYC)?
KYC is required before your listing goes live and before payouts are released. It protects advertisers and ensures all screen owners are legitimate businesses. Upload your documents under Verification in the sidebar.
How does pairing my Android device work?
Install the ielaan Screen app on your Android TV or tablet. Go to Settings → Pair Device to get a pairing code, then enter it under Devices in your owner dashboard.
When do I get paid?
Earnings are held in escrow during the campaign. Once the dispute window closes (up to 14 days after the job ends), payouts are processed within 1–5 business days to your connected bank account.
How do I approve or reject an ad proposal?
Open Approval Queue in your dashboard. Review the ad creative, campaign dates, and pricing. Accept or reject — advertisers are notified instantly.
Can I pause my listing?
Yes. Go to My Listings and click Pause on any active listing. No new proposals will be accepted while paused. Existing confirmed bookings will still run.
What if my device goes offline during a campaign?
If your device is offline for more than 10% of contracted hours, a proportional credit may be issued to the advertiser from your payout. Keep your device on stable internet and the ielaan app updated.
For Agencies
How does the agency account work?
As an agency, you can create and manage campaigns on behalf of multiple advertiser clients under one account. The Agency Admin controls team member access and permissions.
Can I add team members to my agency?
Yes. Go to Agency Settings → Team to invite members and set their role (admin or member). All billing is consolidated under the Agency Admin account.
Can an agency manage multiple client brands?
Yes. Each campaign can be labelled with a client brand. Contact support@ielaan.com if you need help setting up multi-client workflows.
Disputes & Refunds
How do I raise a dispute?
Go to Disputes in your dashboard and click "File Dispute" on the relevant booking. You have 14 days after the campaign end date to raise a dispute. Include evidence — screenshots, device logs, descriptions.
How long does dispute resolution take?
Automated review takes 0–24 hours. If inconclusive, a human mediator reviews within 24–72 hours. Both parties are notified once a decision is made.
What happens to my money during a dispute?
Payment remains in escrow while the dispute is open. Once resolved, escrow is released, split, or refunded according to the mediator's decision.
Account & Billing
How do I change my email or password?
Go to Account Settings in your dashboard sidebar. You can update your email, password, and notification preferences there.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe. Local methods in Pakistan: EasyPaisa, JazzCash. In Saudi Arabia: mada, STC Pay.
How do I close my account?
Go to Account Settings → Danger Zone → Close Account. Active campaigns and pending escrow will be resolved first. Closure takes up to 30 days if you have active bookings.
